What’s Included

Your session includes both the time and talent of Rachel Good Photography, along with hand-edited digital images selected by you in a secure, password-protected online gallery.

Worried about fall color timing? No need—our editing process ensures your images have a warm, seasonal autumn feel regardless of peak foliage (see last image for reference).

Weather Policy

In the event of rain or inclement weather, Rachel will be in contact via email and text. Please ensure all contact information is accurate and check spam folders leading up to your session date.

Payment Details
$150 retainer is required to book and is non-refundable (may be transferable in select cases; please refer to FAQ for details)

Remaining balance is due on the day of the session via cash, check, or Venmo
Credit card and PayPal payments include a 5% processing fee

Session Guidelines

No cameras or phones (including cell phones) are permitted during the session unless previously approved. Quick behind-the-scenes clips are welcome when appropriate.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

Clients should arrive fully ready for their session (hair, makeup, and wardrobe completed prior to arrival).

Please avoid foods and drinks that may stain, especially those with red or orange dyes, before your session.

Cancellation Policy
Retainer fees are non-refundable

Rescheduling must be requested at least one week in advance and includes a $50 rescheduling fee

Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original date or the retainer will be forfeited

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the retainer, except in cases of medical emergency
