Session Information:

To ensure your session runs smoothly, please review the following:

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
-Arrive completely ready with hair styled, faces clean, and makeup finished.
-Avoid giving children foods or drinks that may stain their mouths or tongues (such as red, orange, or heavily dyed snacks) before the session.
-No cameras, DSLR cameras, or cell phone photography during the session unless previously arranged. Quick behind-the-scenes video clips are welcome! If you share them, I'd love to be tagged.
-Please help children treat all props with care. Clients are responsible for the cost of replacing damaged props.
-Due to limited studio space and the short session length, only those being photographed may attend unless approved in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
-The $150 retainer is non-refundable.
-Mini session reschedule requests must be made at least one week before your scheduled session.
-A $50 rescheduling fee applies to all mini sessions.
----Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original session date or the retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows (except documented medical emergencies) will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
