These are for children, BUT you can add on a family photo ($50) - due at the session in cash, zelle, ck, or via Venmo before the session.

Super quick turn around, few days after images are selected for editing

One on one time with Santa Mike. Background check verified. He is an accredited legit Santa, trains others in his field ( we love him and have been using him for over a decade )

6 hand edited digital downloads of your choice ( NO size restrictions! - full resolution print release).

Please understand there are no refunds on Santa. If you can not make it, it will be used as a credit for another session.There are also no reshoots for Santa.If your child is afraid of Santa we suggest, introducing them now to Santa via videos or books as we can not guarantee the outcome.
- All images will be delivered within 1 week of the session via a link to an online gallery where they can be downloaded & printed where you choose, RGP's lab or other labs. This session does not allow for outfit changes

Package includes the time during the shoot and travel expenses, as well as the talent of the photographer. There is a nonrefundable retainer/deposit of $150 however, they may be transferable in some cases.

Balances are due in check, Venmo or cash the day of the shoot.

You will select which images Rachel will edit.
You will have a private password protected online gallery for the viewing and downloading of your images.

Session Requests:

No cameras or DSLR of any type (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made. Quick behind the scenes footage is OK! If we are content building or documenting, I’d

Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that Clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session to account for being lost and extra time needed to prepare for session.

Please make sure you have arrived ready: hair is combed, face is clean, and makeup is done as you don't want to take any time away from your session.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/mouth/tongue.

Cancellation policy:

Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed for all mini session reschedules.

Session applicable for reschedule must reschedule within 60 days of original session or the retainer fee will be forfeited; however Santa will NOT be able to attend the session after the original session dates.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
