$5 admission per person* (in cash ) is due at the farm
$125 retainer is due at booking- this is nonrefundable due to the nature of the sessions

****ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE $15 for a total of 12 people. Over 6 people additional timeslots are needed but discounted $130.
Package includes the time during the shoot and travel expenses, as well as the talent of the photographer. There is a nonrefundable retainer/deposit of $125; however, they may be transferable in some cases.

Balances are due in check, Zelle or cash the day of the shoot.
You will select which images Rachel will edit.
You will have a private password protected online gallery for the viewing and downloading of your images.

Session Requests:
No cameras or DSLR of any type (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer. This takes time away from the session. Quick behind the scenes footage is OK! If we are content building or documenting, I’d love to see a tag when shared!
Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that Clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session to account for being lost and extra time needed to prepare for session.
Please make sure you have arrived ready: hair is combed, face is clean, and makeup is done as you don't want to take any time away from your session.
Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/mouth/tongue.

Cancellation policy:
Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling FEE WILL BE assessed for ALL mini session reschedules.
Session applicable for reschedule must reschedule within 60 days of original session or the retainer fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
