Garden Minis 2026 Retainer Payment

This is the nonrefundable retainer for the Garden Minis at the Cultural Gardens in Cleveland.

These sessions will be held on Sunday, May 17th, 2026.

The total session cost is $350.

Session is up to 6 people, add on more for $20 per person.

Posed and candid shots included.

With this session you will receive 15 edited images with the print release. You may purchase additional images from your online gallery if applicable.

• Is 20 minutes enough time?
Yes. It is more than enough time. Rachel has been photographing families for over 12 years and previously photographed weddings, which means she has learned to work quickly and efficiently.

Package includes the time during the shoot, travel expenses, and the talent of the photographer. There is a nonrefundable retainer/deposit of $175; however, it may be transferable in some cases.

Balances are due in check, Venmo, or cash the day of the shoot.

You will select which images Rachel will edit.

You will have a private password-protected online gallery for viewing and downloading your images.

***If your final payment is made by credit card or PayPal, there will be a 5% fee added to your total.

Session Requests:

No cameras or DSLR cameras of any type (including cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangements have been made between client and photographer. This takes time away from the session. Quick behind-the-scenes footage is OK! If we are content building or documenting, I’d love to see a tag when shared.

Session starts at the agreed upon time. Clients are strongly encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the session start time to allow for parking, getting ready, and finding the location.

Please arrive fully ready for your session: hair combed, face clean, and makeup completed so you do not lose time during your session.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed foods and drinks prior to your session, as they may stain the face, mouth, or tongue.

Cancellation Policy:

Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed for all mini session reschedules.

Applicable rescheduled sessions must be rebooked within 60 days of the original session date or the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
