Session Requests:

No cameras or DSLRs of any type (including cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangements have been made between the client and the photographer. This takes time away from the session. Quick behind-the-scenes footage is OK! If we're content-building or documenting, I’d love to see a tag when it's shared!

Faq• Is 15 minutes enough time? Yes. Rachel has been photographing families for over 14 years now. She also used to be a wedding photographer... With that being said, she learned to work quickly and efficiently. Most 15-minute sessions have over 60 images to cull through.

Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that Clients arrive 5-5 minutes prior to the start of the session to account for being lost and extra time needed to prepare for session.

Please make sure you have arrived ready: hair is combed, face is clean, and makeup is done as you don't want to take any time away from your session.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/mouth/tongue.

Please do not allow children to throw and tamper with props. Client will be held responsible for replacing damaged items and will be invoiced accordingly.

Guest other than the ones being photographed are not allowed in unless previously discussed. This can be distracting as we are on a limited amount of time and space.

Cancellation policy:

Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed for all mini session reschedules.

Session applicable for reschedule must reschedule within 60 days of original session or the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
