$100 will be donated to prayers for Maria from each session

Package includes the time during the shoot and travel expenses, as well as the talent of the photographer. There is a nonrefundable retainer/deposit of $150.00

HAND EDITED DIGITAL DOWNLOADED IMAGES - SELECTED BY YOU, IN A PW PROTECTED ONLINE GALLERY.

IN CASE OF RAIN OR BAD WEATHER, RACHEL WILL BE IN TOUCH VIA EMAIL AND TEXTS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE RGP HAS ALL YOUR INFORMATION WHEN YOU BOOK AND KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR 'SPAM' FOLDERS TOO.

Session Requests:

No cameras or DSLR of any type (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer. This takes time away from the session. Quick behind the scenes footage is OK! If we are content building or documenting, I’d love to see a tag when shared!

Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that Clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session to account for being lost and extra time needed to prepare for session.

Please make sure you have arrived ready: hair is combed, face is clean, and makeup is done as you don't want to take any time away from your session.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/mouth/tongue.

Cancellation policy:

Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling FEE WILL BE assessed for ALL mini session reschedules.

Session applicable for reschedule must reschedule within 60 days of original session or the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
