- 15 to 20 minute session pricing is for 3 kiddos + $20 per extra kid *

- your choice of 9 hand edited images with full print release
- additional images can be purchased at a discounted rate per image
- editing turn around for these Seasonal minis is 1 week
- Sessions are for one family only per timeslot.

We will have live baby chicks. Waivers and model releases will need to be signed in order to be photographed. I will send these out the week of our session.

Balances are due in check, zelle, Venmo or cash the day of the shoot.

You will select which images Rachel will edit.
You will have a private password protected online gallery for the viewing and downloading of your images.

Session Requests:

No cameras or DSLR of any type (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer. This takes time away from the session. Quick behind the scenes footage is OK! If we are content building or documenting, I’d love to see a tag when shared!

Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that Clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session to account for being lost and extra time needed to prepare for session.

Please make sure you have arrived ready: hair is combed, face is clean, and makeup is done as you don't want to take any time away from your session.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/mouth/tongue.

Please do not allow children to throw and tamper with props. Client will be held responsible for replacing damaged items and will be invoiced accordingly.

Guest other than the ones being photographed are not allowed in unless previously discussed. This can be distracting as we are on a limited amount of time and space.

Cancellation policy:

Retainer fee is non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be made at least one (1) week prior to the session. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed for all mini session reschedules.

Session applicable for reschedule must reschedule within 60 days of original session or the retainer fee will be forfeited. There will be no chicks at the rescheduled date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit their retainer.
